TERMS OF SERVICE

If you wish to utilize my services and work, you MUST READ the Terms of Service outlined below. By purchasing my services you hereby accept the following terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. NO EXCEPTIONSCOPYRIGHT
ALL rights for the work created belong to myself, the video editor. The client may use, upload, and monetize the work so long as the proper credit is given for my involvement in it's creation. The client may not resell the work without my express permission. In addition, I retain the right to utilize the work in my portfolio and demo reels.PAYMENT
All prices are subject to the level of complexity within the video and are NOT negotiable. Payment must be received through Paypal and upfront. "E-Checks" will NOT be accepted. Once you, the client, have contacted me and outlined your project, I will send an invoice through Paypal via email. If after 48 hours the payment has not been received, the order will be considered CANCELED unless otherwise stated.STARTING WORK
Once contact has been established between you, the client, and myself, and payment has been received as outlined above: work on the project may begin. As editing is a team effort, the expectation of quick and regular contact between the two parties shall be established. You are always welcome to inquire about the project's progress at any time. Failure to abide by these terms could/will result in a cancellation of your order and a potential block from future requests.REVISIONS
No piece of work is ever finished on it's first draft: revisions are simply part of the process. However, revisions do NOT and should NOT alter the nature of your initial request. In doing you will be incurring additional fees, or in extreme cases: a cancellation of your order. This does not apply to errors on my part which could be, but are not limited to: volume adjustments, missing/incorrect text, missing frames, etc; and you will not be charged for these mistakes. The right to cancel or decline your order shall be given to me at all times. If you have completed payment for a project which has been cancelled or declined, a refund shall be provided.Disclaimers
In the event I am to record my own footage for the project, I will NOT break a game's ToS to gather it. This includes but is not limited to: mods, 3rd party tools, cheats, etc. Any 3rd party resource or media provided by the client is subject to the copyright of the individual holder of it's license. Furthermore, any copyright issues upon upload of the work is the client's responsibility not my own. I will do my best to avoid copyright issues but cannot guarantee any will not reveal themselves in the future.Forbidden Actions/Topics
I will NOT create any work containing pornography, extreme violence, hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. There are NO discounts for any reason whatsoever. Work is NOT to be altered without my express permission, however I am flexible so don't be afraid to ask.Further Questions
